My favorite childhood series, Total Drama Island

Since I was very little I have always been a big fan of cartoons and television series. I saw all kinds of shows, like cartoons, national TV series, anime, national and international reality shows (I really love America's Next Top Model), series and movies.

But if there was a show she was a fan of it was Total Drama. This Canadian television series mixed two of my favorite things, reality shows and cartoons. The Cartoon Network transmitted it every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. I remember that if I wasn't installed in my house,  in front of tv, at time of the show, I would have a tantrum an cried. This is why many times my parents had to cancel plans so that the little girl was up to date with her tv program.

The series had 4 seasons, 3 of which I saw as a child on Cartoon Network and the last one I saw on Netflix few years ago. The first season named "Total Drama Island" is about 22 contestants on an Camping in a Island of Canada competing to win a million dollars. The following seasons deal with the same thing but in different settings, such a recording set (second season), around different countries (third season) and on the island again (fourth season). In later seasons they add new characters but always keeping some originals.
